Elliott practices in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury law, corporate and business litigation, probate and estate planning, collection law, juvenile law including CHINS and delinquency proceedings, and general civil litigation.
Elliott has lived his entire life in Indiana and is originally from New Albany. Elliott graduated in 2016 from Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2019. Following law school, Elliott moved to Columbus where he and his wife reside.
Elliott is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
